Ingredients For Squid Batter:

1 egg

6 dashes McCormick turmeric powder

1/4 cup beer

1/4 cup sifted flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

salt

squid ink

1 ice cube

Directions For Squid:

In a bowl, prepare all the ingredients above. Beat together and dip squid rings. Drop in a pot with super hot Filippo Berio light olive oil. Cook for 4 minutes and remove. Place over a layer of shoestring potatoes then top off with yogurt garlic aioli. Enjoy!
