Ingredients For Kani Salad:

Lettuce leaves

Shredded carrots

Alfalfa sprouts

A few pieces hard-boiled eggs

Ingredients For Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon wasabi (green Japanese horseradish)

1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons coco sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup vinegar

Directions For Salad:

Assemble the vegetables, kani and hard-boiled eggs on a platter. In a separate bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Beat until smooth. Serve dressing on the side. Enjoy!
